Why does the system ask me to top up my balance, even though I have enough money for the Task?
It is most likely that your funds are already reserved for another Task, which has either "In Progress" status or has received applications from candidates (as the Task costs are automatically reserved to guarantee Task payment in case it gets "In Progress" status).
How can you guarantee that my Task will be completed?
Every Freelancer at Insolvo takes compulsory test and pays an annual subscription fee to receive Tasks. For this reason we only have responsible Freelancers on our website.

Moreover, those Freelancers who are currently online and highly suited for that particular Task are the first ones who see it. The suitability is calculated by a neural network based on many different parameters. Due to this, the fastest response arrives from professionals in the relevant field.

You can always check the candidate's rating and reviews from other Buyers. You can also communicate with each candidate, ask them to show their portfolio, examples of their previous work, and discuss any details to choose the right candidate. That is why 93.8% of all the Tasks on our website are completed and paid successfully.

I can't see my Current Tasks / The page in my browser is shown incorrectly
This is probably an issue with your browser. Try to use a different one for work. For example, Google Chrome. If the situation remains unchanged, you can do the following:

1) clear the cache from the Privacy or History area in the Settings or Options menu, depending on the browser;

2) if this doesn't help, delete browsing history, cookies and other site data. You can start by deleting the data from the moment when you encountered the problem. If neccessary to clear everything select "all time".

Sometimes an installed extension can block the page from showing up correctly. To find out which extension causes the trouble, try to disable them one by one. To do this:
– Open the Chrome menu and select Settings;
– Select Extensions;
– Click the blue toggle for the extension you wish to disable.
I can't pass your test, even though I answer all the questions correctly!
While passing the test, you have probably made a mistake. We can assure you that our test is 100% correct as we have checked it a thousand times. Moreover, new freelancers pass this test every day. Although some of them cannot pass it the first time.

We recommend that you read all the questions carefully. Sometimes it helps to take your mind off the test for a little while. Taking a break can give you a fresh perspective on the questions that you answered wrong.

Why can't I see all of the received reviews and my rating has decreased?
Any reviews that are older than 6 months expire and are no longer available. As for the rating, it is calculated based on the last 6 months data. That is why, if your account is inactive for some time, your rating may go down.
How do I get a quick answer to my question from Support?
Please be as detailed as possible when describing the issue you are dealing with. This will help our Support team to quickly solve your problem without requesting any further clarifications. For example, if you wish to change the phone number linked to your account, don't forget to provide the email address and phone number specified on your account. If you have any questions regarding your Task, be sure to indicate its title in your query to Support. Screenshots of the errors you see on your screen can also help us to deal with the issue you encountered faster.
